svn revisions 5405, 5406, 5407 seemed to be left behind when the server migrated
which may be responsible for this error ?

Everything should be restored from daily backup again. Report problems if any. Hopefully it won't repeat again, because we didn't find a cause.

The SVN repo URL for plugins (http://svn.wordrider.net/svn/freerapid-plugins) and main app are not working. Are they moved to new location?

I got this error: "Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://svn.wordrider.net/svn/freerapid-plugins'"

Hopefully nginx configuration linkage to SVN has been restored...
Shall I also overwrite SVN files from backup? I would rather not to touch it - commit it again if you can.
The current data in SVN should be from 4.1. Backup is from 12.1.
PS. I am sorry for the delay, I was sick and with fewer...

I can confirm that both repo URLs work now. It's now at revision 5408, the latest commit is from birchie today (15-01, 00:55 UTC).
