not working need help

Wording if any one else is having this problem. I've been using this program for a while now but now it's broken. when ever i load it up it freezes up dose not do anything just makes a noise when i click on it any one know how to fix it

Oh dear, you guys really are drowning us in information.

ok running windows xp
the program was working
but now when i load it up afther about 2 sec it dose nothing when i click on it i just makes a noise bong bong cant move it nothing works just a noise bong bong. i have dleated it servle times and re downloaded it servle times but still the same thing. i get nothing but the noise bong bong. the only thing i can do is right click and exit the program

ok more info this all started a cupple of days ago when i tryed to add a lot of links at the same time... now when i start up the program i can get into it but when i try an add anther url that's when it frezes

Try to do this:
Go to this folder [wordrider.net] or into its equivalent on Win7 and delete file mainframe.xml
Then start FRD again.

When I paste an url, it is the same message always : the plugin is not supported and I have updated already but even then noting happens. Please help
