update plugin

hello ,
my name is gal and i can't do the plugin update
i have an error it seems that it trying to download but nothing is happens.
my frd is : 0.83u1
my pkugin version is : 1.0.0
i have win 7 pro
how can you help me??

Problem: FRD can't update plugins - Access denied on Windows Vista/7 if FRD's directory is placed in Program files directory
Workaround: Run FRD as administrator
Solution: Move FRD to another directory or run FRD as administrator (right click->Properties->Run as administrator).
