Can I have option on download information there : Reconnect after download completed by using bat file:

start /wait rasdial.exe "Streamyx" /disconnect
start /wait rasphone.exe -d "Streamyx"
EXIT

The same old issue is still there: What to do if there are other downloads active? They will fail if you reconnect during download.

noauto..ks, you are making WILD assumptions about the environment of other users. Not all ISPs have similar DHCP MAC release policies. Some verizon territories enforce a FOUR HOUR minimum between lease changes.


why dump needlessly complicated requirements on developer?

I don't want to see dev time wasted in this way. A simplified request could be

on condition run external program

then the [general/simple] ONUS is on YOU to properly disconnect your gateway/modem, muck with settings, and effect- and detect satisfactory reconnection, AND provide feeback to that effect to the downloading client. [environmental variable? file exist/not exist?]
